TiO₂ Photocatalysis Nanoparticles | Advanced Air & Surface Purification
What is photocatalysis ?
Photocatalysis is a process that uses light energy to drive or accelerate chemical reactions under the action of a photocatalyst. It can be understood as a kind of chemical reaction that “borrows light to exert force”. The photocatalyst itself is not consumed in the reaction. After absorbing light energy, it excites and transfers energy, enabling chemical reactions that were originally difficult to occur to proceed smoothly. Photocatalysis is essentially a light-driven surface REDOX technology. It utilizes a catalyst to absorb light energy, generating electron-hole pairs with strong REDOX capabilities, which in turn trigger chain reactions, ultimately achieving the goals of decomposing pollutants, synthesizing substances, or converting energy. It represents an important direction of green chemistry and sustainable development.

TiO₂ Photocatalysis Nanoparticles Manufacturer
KOSNAO’s nanomaterials are widely used in photocatalysis. Our nano-titanium oxide, with anatase crystal form, has the highest photocatalytic activity and can efficiently degrade organic pollutants (VOCs, dyes, oils, etc.), kill bacteria and decompose water for hydrogen production under ultraviolet light. Compared with rutile type titanium oxide, its advantages are more obvious. Besides this product, nano zinc oxide also has excellent photocatalytic activity, especially in the ultraviolet region. We also offer nano-oxide sols, silica gel coatings and powder coatings to support photocatalysts, forming flexible composite materials to create stable and durable products that meet the needs of different application scenarios.
Explore TiO₂ photocatalysis nanoparticles for air purification, self-cleaning coatings, and antimicrobial surfaces. UV-activated, safe, and effective.
