Production of Industrial Silica Powder

At our silica powder production facility, we employ a multi-step process to ensure our products meet the highest standards. First, we source basic raw materials from high-purity quartz ore or silicate raw materials. After cleaning and pretreatment, the raw materials are fed into a reaction or grinding process. During this process, silica is processed into a specific particle size distribution through precipitation or grinding classification. Next, we classify and surface-treat the powder to remove impurities and adjust its hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties.
